Position Summary

The Graduate Placement Agency is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Placement Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with job seekers to understand their career aspirations and connect them with suitable job opportunities. Your role will be critical in guiding recent graduates through the application process and providing them with the tools they need to succeed in the modern job market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with graduates to identify their skills, aspirations, and career goals.
• Research and maintain a comprehensive database of potential employers and job opportunities.
• Assist graduates in preparing their CVs and cover letters, ensuring they highlight their strengths and experiences.
• Provide interview coaching and preparation, including mock interviews and feedback sessions.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Monitor candidates’ progress throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback to both candidates and employers.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, recruitment techniques, and industry developments to provide cutting-edge advice to graduates.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and driven mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
• Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms to source candidates.
