Role Overview

As a Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions that align with our client’s business strategies. Your expertise will help clients seamlessly transition to the cloud, optimize their cloud architecture, and enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop cloud architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve cloud systems.
Utilize CI/CD pipelines and automated processes to enhance cloud deployments.
Monitor cloud performance and reliability, ensuring optimal operation.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
Document design and procedures for reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid foundation in cloud technologies, along with hands-on experience.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficient in cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or Ansible.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar programming languages).
Solid understanding of networking, security protocols, and system integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud certifications (e.g., IBM Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL.
Experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
A proven track record of successful project delivery in a cloud environment.
