• Elementary School Teacher (Grades K-5)
• Middle School Math Teacher
• High School English Teacher
• Science Teacher (K-12)
• Special Education Teacher

Key Responsibilities

As an educator at Bright Future Academy, you will be responsible for:

• Developing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement.
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• Valid teaching certification for the state of Illinois.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in classroom management and lesson planning.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
