Job Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings, ensuring their comfort and safety during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, routes, and passenger information.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and report any issues or delays promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from passengers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and road regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
