Position Overview

The ideal candidate for our Google SketchUp job will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and renderings for a variety of design projects. You’ll collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to transform ideas into tangible designs. Your expertise in Google SketchUp will play a pivotal role in our project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Google SketchUp for creating detailed 3D models and visualizations of design projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Prepare presentation materials, including 2D and 3D images, for client meetings.
• Maintain project files and documentation to ensure efficient workflow.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies in 3D modeling.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Assist in quality control and review processes to ensure high standards of design consistency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google SketchUp and knowledge of plugins/extensions that enhance modeling capabilities.
• Experience in architectural design, interior design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past work with 3D modeling and visualization.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of other design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs is a plus.
