Job Responsibilities

As a CRA in our remote team, you will play a pivotal role in the management of clinical trials. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting site visits to assess study progress, patient enrollment, and data collection procedures.
• Collaborating with sponsors, investigators, and site staff to facilitate efficient trial operations.
• Reviewing and validating clinical data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Preparing written reports and providing feedback to site staff on performance and issues.
• Managing timelines and ensuring that study milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical trials.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
• Prior experience working as a CRA or in a similar role within clinical research is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively conduct site monitoring.
• Proficient in the use of electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
