Key Responsibilities

- Preparing reports and presentations for clients that highlight performance metrics and recommendations.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services and industry trends.
Qualifications
To be successful in this client liaison job, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role or similar position.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
