Role Overview

As a Google Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving hiring excellence and identifying top talent that will help us achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess candidate suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and offering positions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, job boards, and employee referrals, to attract diverse talent.
• Conduct detailed candidate evaluations and provide in-depth feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and promote Google’s employer brand in the marketplace.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
