Position Overview

The Logistics Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s commitment to high-quality service.   • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage day-to-day customer service operations and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide prompt assistance to customers with issues related to deliveries, freight costs, inventory discrepancies, and service outages.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules and routing.
  • Assist in creating reports and documentation to track service levels and performance metrics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Logistics Customer Service Representative role should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics; experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
