Join Our Team as a Bartender at The Mix House!

The Mix House, a popular destination known for its lively atmosphere and exceptional cocktails, is looking for enthusiastic and skilled bartenders to join our team. Located in the heart of downtown, we pride ourselves on providing our patrons with a memorable experience through quality service and innovative drink offerings.

Position: Bartender

As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and specialty drinks according to our signature recipes.
• Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is presentable.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with bartending staff and other teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes to enhance our beverage offerings.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bartending certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Solid knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy shifts.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
