Job Responsibilities
As a CRA in our remote team, you will play a pivotal role in the management of clinical trials. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting site visits to assess study progress, patient enrollment, and data collection procedures.
- Collaborating with sponsors, investigators, and site staff to facilitate efficient trial operations.
- Reviewing and validating clinical data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Preparing written reports and providing feedback to site staff on performance and issues.
- Managing timelines and ensuring that study milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical trials.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
- Prior experience working as a CRA or in a similar role within clinical research is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively conduct site monitoring.
- Proficient in the use of electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
