Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their rental needs and assist in product selection.
  • Process rental agreements and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and answer any questions to ensure customers fully understand the products they are renting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized rental space, ensuring that all products are displayed effectively and are ready for use.
  • Manage inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the management team.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide exceptional service and recommendations.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to promote rental products and services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Customer Hire Specialist position will possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the rental or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
