Qualifications
- Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Proficient in electronic patient management systems and documentation.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between patient homes.
