Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of our products at customer locations.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Document services performed, gather customer feedback, and report service metrics.
• Train customers on the proper use and care of our products.
• Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and equipment.
• Travel to various job sites, sometimes requiring overnight stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a field service role or a related technical position.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and software for reporting and documentation.
