Roles and Responsibilities
Each position comes with unique responsibilities tailored to provide exceptional care and support. Here is a brief overview of the primary responsibilities:
- Registered Nurse (RN): Administer medications, perform assessments, develop care plans, and supervise nursing staff.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide basic medical care, support RNs in their duties, and assist in patient care routines.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor vital signs, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Activity Coordinator: Plan and implement engaging activities that promote social interaction and enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Dietary Aide: Assist with meal preparation, serve food, and ensure dietary needs are met for all residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and have the following qualifications:
- Valid nursing license or certification in the respective role.
- Experience in long-term care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Compassionate nature and commitment to ensuring the well-being of residents.
- Ability and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
