Job Responsibilities

• Performing preventative maintenance on various machines, including lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Fabricating and repairing machine parts and components using precision tools and techniques.
• Documenting maintenance activities and equipment history accurately.
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate in machining or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a machining or maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Knowledge of CNC programming and operation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
