Available Positions
At Oak Park Place, we are looking for passionate individuals for the following roles:
1. Caregiver / Personal Support Assistant
As a caregiver, you will play a critical role in providing personalized support to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administering medication and monitoring resident health.
- Creating a friendly, engaging environment for residents by participating in social activities.
2. Nurse (RN/LPN)
We are looking for compassionate and skilled nurses to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for:
- Performing assessments, administering medications, and maintaining medical records.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement care plans.
- Providing education and support to residents and their families.
3. Activities Coordinator
The activities coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing engaging programs for our residents. Key duties include:
- Planning and leading recreational activities and events.
- Encouraging resident participation and feedback to improve programs.
- Working closely with other team members to create a balanced program schedule.
Qualifications
