Available Positions

At Oak Park Place, we are looking for passionate individuals for the following roles:

1. Caregiver / Personal Support Assistant

As a caregiver, you will play a critical role in providing personalized support to our residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administering medication and monitoring resident health.
  • Creating a friendly, engaging environment for residents by participating in social activities.

2. Nurse (RN/LPN)

We are looking for compassionate and skilled nurses to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for:

  • Performing assessments, administering medications, and maintaining medical records.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Providing education and support to residents and their families.

3. Activities Coordinator

The activities coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing engaging programs for our residents. Key duties include:

  • Planning and leading recreational activities and events.
  • Encouraging resident participation and feedback to improve programs.
  • Working closely with other team members to create a balanced program schedule.

Qualifications

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences. However, some common qualifications include:
