Key Responsibilities

As a Grant Specialist, you will be an integral member of our remote team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying grant funding opportunities for various programs.
• Preparing, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding.
• Building and maintaining relationships with funding organizations and stakeholders.
• Coordinating the grant application process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Monitoring and evaluating grant-funded projects to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial reporting related to grants.
• Providing training and support to team members on grant-related processes.

Required Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in grant writing or grants administration.
• Strong understanding of grant-making processes, including funding sources and requirements.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to write compelling proposals.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with grant management software.
