Your Role

As a WebLogic Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our WebLogic servers. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure optimal application performance and uptime. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and maintaining WebLogic Server environments.
• Troubleshooting performance issues and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with development teams to deploy applications effectively.
• Implementing security best practices and patches.
• Monitoring system performance and performing regular maintenance tasks.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for systems and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Oracle WebLogic Server environments.
• Strong understanding of Java, J2EE applications, and application servers.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a remote team effectively.
