Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional security certification will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in a security role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness is important, as the role may require long periods of standing and walking.
• Proficient in using surveillance equipment and security systems.
