Position Overview

As a ServiceNow Professional, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, administration, and ongoing support of our ServiceNow environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules to enhance user experience.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for new features and enhancements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and system configurations.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.

Qualifications

To successfully fill this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and processes.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
