Position Overview
The SkipTheDishes customer service job offers you an opportunity to assist customers with their food delivery needs. From handling inquiries to resolving issues, you’ll be the voice of our company and help create a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in placing orders and navigating the mobile app.
- Resolve any concerns or inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with restaurants and delivery partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Keep up to date with company policies, products, and promotions.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
